A transportation specialist for regional and long-haul trucking for decades, Roosevelt Rambo is the founder-owner and president of Rambo Trucking LLC. The Lees Summit, Missouri-based company specializes in pharmaceutical transportation, DHL logistics supply chain transport and deliveries, and local and regional hauling for Amazon. As the company’s owner, he oversees all daily operations, including administration, managing client relations, and training drivers as needed. Since establishing the company in March 2002, Roosevelt Rambo has won several awards, including the Million Miles Safety Award, which recognizes drivers who have achieved a million miles of safe driving without a preventable accident or incident.
Roosevelt Rambo attended Lincoln Academy, a 3-year middle school and 4-year college preparatory school in Kansas City, Missouri, between 1981 and 1985. He was on the honor roll for four years. He leverages his experience and skills to contribute to pressing issues affecting the trucking industry, including labor shortage, by demystifying the challenges and inputs required for success in the industry, encouraging the inclusion of underrepresented but qualified individuals, and advocating for a smoother transition into trucking for veterans and the previously incarcerated.
